How Contacts Opt In
Contacts may opt in digitally by submitting the public PropFlow SMS Opt-In form at https://propflowsms.com/sms-opt-in. On that form, the SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default, and a mobile phone number is required only when SMS consent is checked. Only checked submissions are treated as SMS consent. Public website opt-in requests are timestamped and retain the consent language displayed to the requester.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from this SMS program about your property inquiry, appointment scheduling, requested information, related real estate follow-up, and occasional marketing or promotional real estate updates. For verbal consent tied to marketing or promotional messages, the contact confirms by texting YES (or START) to the program's number. PropFlow records the inbound confirmation with a timestamp, replies with the registered opt-in confirmation message, and only then treats the contact as subscribed to marketing or promotional SMS. Without that texted confirmation, the contact is not opted in to promotional messaging.
